1. "How do I redeem my 15% discount for my first order?"

A - Subscribe via our home page section by entering your email address and
you'll receive an email confirmation (check your spam/junk folder) along with the discount code - BHBBABY15 to use at checkout.

2. "How do I sign up for exclusive orders?"

A - By subscribing using the method mentioned above you'll receive fortnightly emails with exclusive discount codes & savings.

3. "I placed an order and my order hasn't been dispatched yet?"

A - Click here to see our shipping policy. If your order has still not been dispatched after the specified time-frame please email us at hello@blondhairandbeauty.co.uk.

4."My order was dispatched by Royal Mail but is taking longer than 24/48 hours in transit?"

A - Industrial action days will add delay to deliveries. You can find out any potential strike dates by clicking here for more info. Royal Mail have advised if there is an unexpected delay that it can, on occasion, take up to 10 working days for a parcel to arrive. If your parcel doesn't arrive 10 working days after being dispatched please email us at hello@blondhairandbeauty.co.uk.

"I placed an order and the money has come out of my account showing as pending but I have no confirmation email?"

A - First check your spam/junk folder for an email confirmation. If you still don't have an order confirmation your payment will show as pending in your banking for up to 2 working days before being reversed back into your bank account. If the money hasn't reversed back into your account after 2 working days please email us at hello@blondhairandbeauty.co.uk.

Note: Our payment system is very specific about billing addresses and post-codes, please ensure you enter the correct address details registered to your payment method.
