Shipping policy

Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day thereafter.

Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the next business* day.

Free UK delivery on all orders over £40

*Business days are Monday - Friday.

We will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Claims will be considered for lost items sent 10 working days after the latest due date.

We are not able to provide an exact delivery time; our delivery partners deliver daily between 8am and 8pm.
